Blank Paper and Biodegradable Nativia Bags: As a guideline, we aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 business days for UK delivery.

For everything else, production time is 7-12 business days from receipt of artwork OR approval of digital proofs (whichever applies). This does not include transit time which will vary depending on which postage option you select at checkout. Always check product description as certain items may have other leadtimes. Please bear this in mind when placing your order. If you do need your order faster or by a specific date, please get in touch and ask. We will do our best to accommodate.

We aim to process orders as quick as possible without compromising on quality, however times will be dependant on our workload at time of ordering as well as the size of the order.

Many of our products come with a base version, and additional features or enhancements are offered as upgrades. Each upgrade typically incurs an additional cost, which will show as a separate item on your invoice.

Charging for upgrades separately allows customers to tailor their purchases according to their specific needs. It provides flexibility, enabling them to choose only the features they require, allowing for complete customisation of our products.

The website shows the prices up to certain quantities for each product. If you require a higher quantity, get in touch as we may be able to reduce the price even further!

Please note prices are based on a 50% print coverage. Any higher coverage will incur additional costs.

When printing on Seed Paper there is a lot to consider. We recommend using low ink designs and avoiding block colours or photographs (may incur additional costs). Whilst these do print they are not the best use of the board for many reasons. Firstly, seed paper's best quality is the visual nature and large ink blocks hide this. Secondly, the ink has a negative impact upon the germination process. Finally, due to the uneveness in air dried papers it may not give the best finish.
Keep designs simple, avoid large colour blocks and keep backgrounds plain - let the paper stand out! If we do notice any errors or experience any issues with the design, we will of course get in touch, however this is not a guarantee and will slow down the production process.
Proofs will only sent when a design is created by us at LGPS. When providing finalised artwork yourself through the upload feature, we expect this to meet requirements as stated and requested on the website as we will print your design exactly as we receive it.

Colour and Print Disclaimer

Please note actual colours may vary. It’s important to note that they may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show the products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. Print result is dependent on many factors, including the paper type, the degree of whiteness and the grain direction, climatic conditions at the printing site, such as temperature and air humidity. Colour deviations may also happen for larger print runs where handmade papers from different batches must be used. We cannot give guarantee of 100% colour matching to your product (include re-print) at all. These factors will NOT constitute a reason for complaint.

Although we use the latest technology for our production, there are still tolerances for cutting, guillotining, folding, double sided print alignment; which the customer should accept. Up to 3mm of double sided aligning, cutting and folding tolerance is deemed to be acceptable and does NOT constitute a reason for complaint.

Paper Discalimer

Seed and petal distribution and quantities may differ between batches and sheets. Keep in mind that smaller and customized items may exhibit varying coverage amounts per unit. While we strive to ensure that all units showcase a satisfactory amount of seeds and/or petals, there may be rare instances where a small percentage may not.
