What are the "UPGRADE" charges?

Many of our products come with a base price, and additional features or enhancements (such as larger paper size, paper type or some printing requirements) are offered as upgrades. Each upgrade typically incurs an additional cost, which will show as a separate item on your invoice.

As an example, our blank paper price is based on an A6 size sheet. When you choose larger sizes, this will show as an UPGRADE and therefore be charged separately. You will see this on the next page.
