We worked with an architecture and design firm, Squire + Partners who were looking to create an iconic window display as part of the London Festival of Architecture 2021. A month long celebration of architecture and city-making, taking place every June across London.
The theme for the festival was "Care" - The festival stated 'How has it taken a global pandemic to help us take stock of what we care most about? At a time when technology is both connecting us and dividing us, perhaps the pandemic is showing us that we need to find ways to reconnect with each other, to build care and empathy'.

Working with our customer we supplied some of our coloured seed paper ranges which were cut to size and local people from the community were encouraged to write letters of care to each other on various strands of paper.
Once completed the notes were arranged on hanging string across the window to spell out the word 'Care'.

After the display was finished the notes were all planted in a local garden, resulting in messages of positivity and care being used to grow a beautiful garden.
